HomeSpotter Acquires Lead Generation Service Spacio

Spacio is a mobile-first platform which lets real estate agents digitally capture open house visitors’ contact information. The software also automates follow-up communications, which further streamlines the successful lead process. Currently used by some 100,000 real estate agents, the software also delivers real-time reports on so that agents can keep clients in the loop after an open house. The service is also available on either Android or Apple devices. HomeSpotter Founder and CEO Aaron Kardell had this to say about the acquisition: Kardell also said he believes the two companies will now go father and faster as the combined company continues to evolve. Together the companies have a client base of more than 450,000 agents at 250 brokerage firms, with 300 MLS connections. HomeSpotter’s products include a digital advertising app called Boost which will, according to Spacio’s co-founder.
