On Dec. 16, middle market private equity firm BV Investment Partners (BV) announced that they are making a strategic investment in Intentsify, an intent data software and solutions provider that helps businesses grow.

Co-founded by Mike Kelly, Eric Belcher, Marc Laplante, and Ed Laplante in 2018, Intentsify offers Intent Activation™ platform that tackles account-based marketing and sales strategies for more than a hundred B2B Fortune 500 businesses and high-growth middle-market customers. It does this by infusing and layering different types of buyer intent data to pinpoint buyer intentions and pain points.
