On Dec. 16, middle market private equity firm BV Investment Partners (BV) announced that they are making a strategic investment in Intentsify, an intent data software and solutions provider that helps businesses grow.

Co-founded by Mike Kelly, Eric Belcher, Marc Laplante, and Ed Laplante in 2018, Intentsify offers Intent Activation™ platform that tackles account-based marketing and sales strategies for more than a hundred B2B Fortune 500 businesses and high-growth middle-market customers. It does this by infusing and layering different types of buyer intent data to pinpoint buyer intentions and pain points. This information helps marketing and sales teams direct their resources to the best target accounts and choose appropriate channels to get in touch with them.
