Salesforce Acquires Evergage

Evergage, a personalization and customer data platform (CDP), has announced it has been acquired by Salesforce. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. In a blog post announcement, the company stated that the acquisition will help companies deliver relevant, data-driven experiences across channels, including web, email, mobile, adtech, social, call-center and more. Evergage’s cross-channel personalization and machine learning capabilities complement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, positioning joint customers to deliver relevant customer experiences across the buyer’s journey, according to Karl Wirth, CEO & Founder of Evergage.
