Soft drink sales up in big Coca-Cola target market, despite tax to discourage use

Sales of soft drinks are increasing in Mexico two years after the country imposed a roughly 10 percent tax on sugary drinks in an attempt to curb the country's alarming obesity and diabetes rates, The Wall Street Journal is reporting.
