By raising $90M, Terminus to be valued at around $400M

Terminus, a startup for providing sales and marketing integrated platform through account-based marketing, has announced its funding and growth. It has closed a Series C of $90 million and the total value at present is around $400 million. According to PitchBook data, this is a huge jump in their valuation in its last round.

The main reason for this hike is the huge focus on digital marketing in the last year especially due to the pandemic. Its customer record is another reason to have interest in Terminus. Including Salesforce, divisions of IBM, Thomson Reuters, the company has around 1000 enterprise customers.

Along with the previous investors such as Edison Partners and   Atlanta Ventures and the new backer Hallet Capita, the equity is led by Great Hill Partners. The total funding raised by Terminus is about $120 million. In the last two decades, marketing has changed a lot due to the wide use of the internet and the proliferation of various digital devices.  Driving a business in is collectively called “martech” today.

Account-based marketing is the area in which terminus is focusing within that. Terminus’ platform now involves a “data studio” that carries together account information, sales intelligence, and other data sources to support collect a list of potential targets. Also. it has been designing a marketing engine that comprises the capability to make email, advertising, and web campaigns.

Terminus is not the only company working in ABM. Others include Sendoso, 6sense, Marketo, and many others. Terminus is committed to bringing in different aspects of the sales and marketing process into one platform.
