On April 26, RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, announced its partnership with Drift, the Conversation Cloud Company. This partnership is set to help B2B marketers improve sales velocity, engagement, and customer support. Harnessing the RollWorks Site Visitor API, the integration identifies known and unknown site visitors. It delivers custom chat experiences in real-time.
