Since these visitors had indicated interest in a specific insurance product (by conducting a search), the company wanted to quickly demonstrate its competitive differentiators for that product. • Clearly communicate the value of bundling products to visitors who demonstrate interest in more than one product. Policyholders with multiple insurance products are more likely to be higher-value, long-term customers, so the company needed to ensure these offers were seen by these visitors.
