Oracle Data Cloud, Mobilewalla Launch Mobile Audience Targeting For APAC Marketers

Oracle Data Cloud, a global data service (DaaS) platform, and Mobilewalla, a provider of mobile audience technology, on Thursday announced the launch of a mobile audience targeting solution for marketers in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.  The companies hope the product will add reach and value to global programmatic campaigns, allowing marketers in 13 APAC countries to target granular audience segments at scale
